In a world where simple actions can create powerful impacts, the Blink Challenge invites you to make a difference in the lives of unemployed youths in Nigeria. 

This innovative fundraising campaign, organized by Napoleon News, aims to inspire the rich and famous Nigerians to empower young individuals by transforming them into entrepreneurs and business owners. 

Every contribution made through this challenge brings us closer to a brighter future where youth unemployment is tackled with sustainable solutions.

Ø  The Blink Challenge will roll for 120 days.
Ø  Aim: To raise $1billion (USD) as grant; 
Ø  For what? 100% of the funds raised will be given away as grants to fund new businesses and create jobs for 50,000 unemployed graduates.
 

What is the Blink Challenge?

The Blink Challenge is a fun and engaging way to contribute to a great cause and to raise next-generation entrepreneurs. 

  • Participants are tasked with staring at their phone screens for up to 7 minutes without blinking. Sounds easy? 
  • Somebody will be present to keep the time and make sure that you do not cheat. 
  • The catch is if you blink, you lose, and then: 
a. Donate towards the cause  
b. Nominate 7 people to take on the challenge.  
 

Uniqueness: Contribute to a greater cause. 

Simplicity: The challenge is simple and easy to do. 

Comfortability: Anybody can participate and take this challenge from the comfort of their home, office, and a public place, even as a group exercise. 
 
Targeted challengers: 

  • Rich and famous Nigerians and their friends in/from around the world. 
  • Philanthropists
  • Other well-meaning citizens and people who are interested in supporting this national cause. 
Participating challengers are expected to make monetary contributions to support this cause

How to Participate

1.     Join the Challenge – It’s simple
        a. Set a timer on your phone for 7 minutes and start staring at your camera/phone screen. 

 Note: Use your phone’s camera to record yourself during the challenge.  

 
2.     Blink and Donate

3.     Nominate Others

4.     Spread the Word  
The general public is hereby advised to encourage others to join by sharing the initiative across their social media platforms..

How Your Donations Will Be Used

Proceeds from the Blink Challenge will be dedicated to:  

1.     Providing seed capital and resources for young entrepreneurs.  
2.     Offering training programs to equip youths with essential business skills.  
3.     Creating a support network to guide new business owners toward success.  

Regular updates and reports on fund utilization will be shared to ensure transparency and accountability.
