Eager to Place Blame on Others

One of the first signs that a woman lacks wisdom and maturity is the eagerness to blame others. This is even worse if she doesn’t fully understand the situation before delivering her verdict. 
We are not immune to mistakes because they are part of humanity. However, it takes maturity for one to admit their mistakes and assume responsibility for their deeds.
Quite the opposite, foolish women are eager to blame others instead of admiting their fault. Women who fails to accept responsibility for their mistakes can never change.

Lack of Self-control

The ability of a woman to have tight grip over her emotions simply indicates that she is wise. Women who are able to handle situations that challenge their self-control are very mature. People who lack self-control are very impulsive and predictable. They always act before thinking about the consequences. The lack of self-control makes women to act based off of their emotions and regret their actions later. For example, a woman who uses her all savings to buy the latest iPhone despite having a phone lacks wisdom.

Empathy is the capacity to have an insight into what others are going through and share their feelings. A woman who lacks empathy is going to hurt you in future. So it takes a wise and mature woman to have listening skills. Women who take time to listen attentively to what their partner is saying can hardly have communication issues. It bruises people’s ego when they are talking and the recipient seems disinterested in what they are saying. 

Fear of Change

Anyone who is scared of change isn’t ready to make significant progress in their life. It is a known fact that change can come with challenges and discomfort, it engenders growth. 
Therefore, a woman who is scared of change lacks wisdom and mature. It takes maturity to undergo temporary pains in order to enjoy a better tomorrow.  A woman who can’t confront her fear of change isn’t worth a man’s time. Opportunities that trigger growth can elude people who hate change.

Self-centeredness

A self centered person lacks maturity and wisdom. They are not capable of loving or caring for the needs of others. It takes maturity and wisdom to think about other people’s welfare other than oneself. An altruistic woman isn’t only wise and mature, she has a good heart.
Women whose actions and decision are mainly dictated by their own selfish interests can not genuinely love her partner. Such characters cannot sustain a healthy relationship because they don’t know how to accommodate other people’s needs.
