Imperial College Business School is reinforcing its commitment to developing global leadership by offering the African Future Leader Scholarship for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Designed to empower high-achieving African students, this initiative seeks to cultivate the next generation of influential business leaders on the continent.

With a £20,000 financial award, the scholarship significantly reduces the cost of Imperial’s Full-Time MBA program, making world-class business education more accessible to talented individuals from Africa.

But beyond the financial support, recipients gain exclusive access to Imperial’s global network of faculty, industry leaders, and alumni, providing them with the connections and mentorship needed to accelerate their careers.

To qualify, applicants must be residents of one of Africa’s 54 countries and demonstrate exceptional leadership potential—whether through academic excellence, professional experience, internships, or impactful community initiatives. Selection is also based on a strong overall application and a successful interview performance.

Imperial College Business School encourages early applications, as the scholarship is awarded throughout the admissions cycle. Candidates who submit their MBA applications in the first four admission rounds will automatically be considered, with decisions announced between November 2024 and June 2025.

For aspiring African leaders seeking a transformative MBA experience, this scholarship is more than just financial aid—it’s a launchpad for global impact. Interested candidates can learn more and apply via Imperial College Business School’s official website or contact mba@imperial.ac.uk for inquiries.
